We want you to feel completely comfortable in your Thigh Society essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. If your fit isn't perfect, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution so you can get back to feeling great.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Package and Ship
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
